Saving favorites
Select the heart on a property to save it. Favorites are stored for the current Rumiby account and can be reviewed from the heart icon in the navigation.
Publishing a property
Sign in, choose Sell, enter accurate property details, add images, review the preview, and publish. Keep the status updated when a property is sold, rented, or inactive.
Agent profiles
Licensed professionals can apply from the Agents page. Profiles remain nonpublic while pending review. A verification badge describes Rumiby’s review, not a guarantee of performance.
Safety and trust
Independently verify properties, identities, professional licenses, material facts, and payment instructions. Never send money solely because someone contacted you through Rumiby.

Good to know
Does Rumiby own or manage the properties?
No. Rumiby is a technology platform. Properties are supplied by owners or professionals, and Rumiby is not normally a party to a sale, rental, deposit, inspection, or closing.
Does a verified agent badge guarantee an agent?
No. It indicates that Rumiby reviewed specified professional information using the process available at that time. Always confirm current license status with the relevant state authority.
Are all property listings verified?
Not currently. Rumiby may moderate or review content, but users must independently verify availability, ownership or authority, condition, price, fees, and other important facts.
How do I contact someone about a property?
Open the property page and use its inquiry option. You may need to sign in. Your name, email, and message are shared with the listing owner or relevant professional.
How do I update a listing?
Open Account, choose My Listings, and update its status. Listing-management capabilities will continue to expand as Rumiby develops.
What should I do if a listing looks suspicious?
Do not send money or sensitive documents. Save the listing URL and relevant messages, then use Contact Rumiby and choose Report a concern.
How do I report discrimination?
Review Rumiby’s Fair Housing page. You may report content to Rumiby, but official deadlines still apply and you may also contact HUD or the appropriate state or local agency.
Can I delete or export my account data?
Self-service deletion and export are not yet available. Submit a Privacy request through Contact Rumiby so the request can be reviewed and identity verified.
